本利用規約は、nzw（以下「開発者」といいます）が提供するアプリケーション・拡張機能（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本利用規約は、ユーザーと開発者との間の本サービスに関わる一切の関係に適用されます。開発者は本サービスに関し、本利用規約のほか、ご利用にあたってのルール等、各種の定め（以下「個別規定」といいます）をすることがあります。これら個別規定はその名称のいかんに関わらず、本利用規約の一部を構成するものとします。
本サービスは、利用登録なしに利用できます。ただし、一部の機能については登録や認証が必要な場合があります。登録にあたっては、真実・正確・最新・完全な情報をご提供いただく必要があります。
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
開発者は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。
開発者は、本サービスの提供の停止または中断により、ユーザーまたは第三者が被ったいかなる不利益または損害についても、一切の責任を負わないものとします。
開発者は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。開発者は、本サービスに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
開発者は必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本利用規約を変更することができるものとします。本利用規約の変更後、本サービスの利用を開始した場合には、当該ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本利用規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service govern the conditions under which users may use the applications and extensions (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by nzw (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Developer regarding the Service. The Developer may establish additional rules or guidelines for use of the Service. Such rules shall constitute a part of these Terms regardless of their name or designation.
The Service can generally be used without registration. However, some features may require registration or authentication. When registering, users must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information.

The Developer shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to suspension or interruption of the Service.
The Developer makes no warranties, either express or implied, that the Service is free from defects in fact or law (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or rights infringement). The Developer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the Service.
The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notice to users when deemed necessary. If a user begins using the Service after changes to these Terms, that user is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising from the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
